The EB-1400 Fluorescent Emergency Ballast allows the same fixture to be used for both normal and emergency operation. In the event of a power failure, the EB-1400 switches to the emergency mode and operates one of the existing lamps for 90 minutes. The unit contains a battery, charger, and inverter circuit in a single can. The EB-1400 can be mounted in the wireway or on top of the fixture, and is UL Listed for factory installation or retrofit applications. The EB-1400 can be used with most 2 Ft - 8 Ft lamps, with an initial output of up to 1400 lumens for one or two lamps

The Exit Store guarantees each product to be free from defects to the original purchaser for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. If any component is found to be defective, The Exit Store will repair or replace the defective component at their option.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, improper environmental conditions, unauthorized modifications or shipping damage. Damage caused by explosions, water leaks, fire, war or acts of God are also not covered
