PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Designed with durability and style in mind this vandal and impact resistant emergency lighting unit combines functionality with aesthetics. Ideal for commercial, retail and industrial facilities that require heavy duty protection emergency lighting in damp locations. The TES-EL-MR-WL series uses an injection molded UV stabilized shell and a thick polycarbonate thermoplastic housing and solid-state electronics to offer both reliability and low cost performance.

EXTERNAL SPECIFICATIONS

Compact, low-profile design with a gray finish. Thick polycarbonate shell with injection molded, V-O flame retardant, high impact, thermoplastic housing.

INSTALLATION

The TES-EL-MR-WL luminaire is suitable for surface wall or ceiling mounting on normally inflammable surfaces. Suitable for outdoor, wet location environments where temperatures remain above 32ºF. Operates using 120/277VAC.

HOUSING

The TES-EL-MR-WL series utilizes a corrosion and flame resistant injection molded thermoplastic housing with weatherproof polycarbonate enclosure. Lightweight and durable, the TES-EL-MR-WL is ideal for use in outdoor, wet location areas.

EMERGENCY SPECIFICATIONS

The TES-EL-MR-WL series emergency luminaire is configured for standard operation 120/277VAC dual voltage input with current limit protection. Current charge regulator is standard. Minimum 90 minutes emergency duration. 24 hour charge time.

BATTERY

The TES-EL-MR-WL series is supplied with a maintenance free, sealed valve regulated lead acid battery for emergency operation that provides a minimum emergency duration of 90 minutes (for the listed rating). The TES-EL-MR-WL model comes standard with a 6V 4Ah battery. Recharge time of the battery is twentyfour (24) hours. The maximum working temperature is 50 C

LAMPHEAD FEATURES

The TES-EL-MR-WL series is normally supplied with two (2) front mounted Halogen MR16 lamp heads that are 7.0 watts each. Lamp heads are gyroscopically mounted, which allows correct and accurate beam positioning. Lamp heads are constructed of high impact thermoplastic in a color matching the finish of the housing (white is standard). Lens material is a high-impact polystyrene.

WET LOCATION RATED

The TES-EL-MR-WL series emergency luminaires come standard rated for wet location installations. This unit is an ideal solution for exterior installations and high humidity regions.

UNIVERSAL MOUNTING

The TES-EL-MR-WL emergency lighting unit uses a universal mounting bracket that snaps into the housing. Easy field wiring and durability make this unit a favorite among contractors.
